Terms of Use
Last updated: 14 October 2026 · Status: prototype / early access
Plain-language terms for an early prototype. The operator's legal details will be added before public launch. Contact: hello@hoysantayo.com.
1. Using Santayo
Santayo helps groups decide where to eat. It's free and provided "as is". It's a prototype, so features may change, break or disappear, and data may be reset.
2. What you add
- Only add real food spots, and only use photos you took or have the right to share.
- No spam, fake listings, offensive content, or other people's personal information.
- When you submit a spot or photo, you let Santayo show it in the app and on shareable links.
- We may edit or remove content and limit accounts or IPs that abuse the service (we use automatic rate limits).
3. Claiming a spot
- Only claim a spot you own or manage, or have permission to represent. False claims will be rejected and removed.
- We use your mobile number to verify the claim, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
- A "verified" badge means we did a basic check. It is not a guarantee or endorsement.
4. Listings and info
Spot details, prices, hours and promos come from users and owners and may be wrong. Check with the restaurant before you go. Santayo isn't responsible for the food, service or any deal at a listed spot.
5. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Santayo isn't liable for indirect losses from using the app. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer protection laws in the Philippines or Taiwan.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. If you keep using Santayo after an update, you accept the new terms.
